Arcadia Electrical prides itself on its team and we are pleased to announce one recent addition to our family. We are proud and excited to welcome Nick Manniello who will be working alongside Eddie Hanna.

Eddie is a New York City Licensed Master Electrician with nearly 30 plus years of experience as a Journeyman Wireman. He serves as a BIM Coordinator for Arcadia and provides drafting services in AutoCAD and Building Information Modeling in Revit. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University and is a graduate of the NJATC IBEW/NECA Electrical Apprenticeship.

Nick has been a member of the ADM Division of Local 3 since April of 2008. He has over 10 years of experience in various size construction projects including commercial, industrial and heavy construction projects for a variety of clients, such as many New York City agencies. These include: the New York City Housing Authority, the School Construction Authority, the Micropublication Transportation Authority, the New York City Department of Environmental Protection, the New York State Department of Transportation and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Nick’s experience in project engineering includes the following duties & responsibilities: estimating, purchasing and procurement, submittal process and approval process, RFI’s, all phases of construction drawings, and documentation from conceptual sketching to as-built drawings, scheduling of work and coordination between trades. He earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from City College of New York in 2006. Welcome to the team Nick!

Both bring extensive experience within the electrical industry and will enable Arcadia to continue to deliver high quality electrical installations and to expand into new capabilities. As a firm that is at the forefront of the 21st century electrical construction industry, our dedicated in-house Coordinators/Draftsmen provide coordination with all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Life Safety disciplines as well as the Architects and Engineers of record. Both also provide coordination and enable Arcadia’s shop drawings in all formats of AutoCAD Building Information Modeling (BIM) to be provided in Revit.
